Gender and Restrooms

What does it matter what restroom people use? Do you have separate bathrooms in your house for males and females?  Does a female using the toilet after a male or vice versa cause some kind of harm to them?

Obviously, the answer is there is no harm. People share bathrooms all the time in their houses. Thus it doesn't really matter. There has been a lot of commotion about trans people using restrooms that conform to their gender identity. Many states have even made laws to prevent such things. My simple response to these dumbasses is, "Get over it." However, I should probably explain.

I have heard a few dads talk about how they don't want their daughters to use the bathroom with a man in there. Well, they are not. Even if an trans female (often snidely referred to as a male) is using that restroom they have separate stalls. Going the other way, a trans male using the mens room is probably using the stall because gender reassignment surgery is way too expensive. Thus they are sharing a sink. That's it. Many say it's an issue of safety. Well, I have a suggestion for that whole feeling safer thing.

My suggestion is to remove all urinals and replace with stalls. Then simply make all restrooms gender neutral. This small act will remove all issues concerning restrooms. Every stall is like a separate restroom. Walk in, do your business, and walk out. They all have locks, and no one can see you anyway. The only thing really shared is the sink. I don't know anyway that could be an issue. Assuming people that are against trans people from using basically any restroom is really, as they say, about the safety of their children. The the problem is solved. They can just go in with them to be sure there is no "Foul play".

The mess is really ridiculous anyway. What people claim to be scared of is already illegal. Things like sexual assault and child molestation is punishable by law. Thus making more laws is just a bunch of bullshit. However, if we had gender neutral bathrooms then they could just wait by the sink or inside the door. Keeping an ever sharp eye on the people they for which they worry.

I get it, I really do. Seeing someone that generally looks like a male wearing a dress and makeup is new, strange, and therefore scary. Get over it. There was once a time where women couldn't wear pants. We got over that, thankfully. Now people just need to get over what they see as guys wearing a dress or skirt. It's just some cloth cut and sewed in a certain way. You could take the same cloth, cut it differently, and sew differently to make it a "mens" outfit. Therefore, it doesn't matter.

I also find it strange that no one seems to worry about trans males (females as the assholes call them) going into a men's room. No one time have I heard any complaints about that. Why not? Not a rhetorical question either. I would really like to know. Another thing you never here these dumbasses talk about is how rude they are to trans people. They suffer enough, and don't need your hatred. So get over it.
